When a set menu is involved you will be charged for the number of guests quoted on the date your booking is confirmed, even though all guests may not attend i.e. 10 guests confirmed and 7 arrive you will be charged for 10 people. A 50% deposit of the overall costs is required within 2 weeks full payment is required before arrival, or by special arrangement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a cancellation is made within 7 days of making the booking 50% of the overall amount will be charged. If less than 2 days cancellation notice is given 75% will be charged and if less than 24hours cancellation notice is given 100% of the total amount will be charged. Please ask for latest Cancellation Policy. |
